Job summary

Webflow, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Buenos Aires to manage employee tickets, document AI tooling fixes, and own office AV and hardware setups. The role supports Argentina-based staff and involves on-site work in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of help desk experience, is proficient with macOS, and can onboard new hires and provision equipment. Occasional travel to other offices and WFH may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems.
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as MM&MM.
• Familiar with supporting audiovisual setups for meetings and events.
• Comfortable troubleshooting macOS environments.
• Proficient in onboarding, including account setup and hardware provisioning.
• Ability to perform in-office work, desk provisioning, and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee tickets through our help desk using AI-powered tooling to triage, troubleshoot, and close issues.
• Document common issues, fixes, and processes to build the internal knowledge base.
• Own audio visual setup at the office.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across macOS devices and office tech.
• Partner with Workplace Experience to order and provision equipment and support the office space.
• Serve as a backup resource for IT onboarding support during new hire cohorts.
• Provide local IT support for Argentina-based workforce.
