Job summary

Power Digital is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to manage our ticketing system, address support requests, and uphold KPIs. This role is based in Buenos Aires' Metropolitan area and involves system access support, laptop inventory, and documenting procedures.

As part of our cybersecurity committee, you will assist in compliance certifications, perform regular maintenance, and participate in security audits to safeguard our operations. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS is required.
• 2+ years in IT support or similar role.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, LastPass; Okta a plus.
• Strong IT principles understanding and ability to explain tech clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• B2 English level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of all requests in ticketing system to streamline IT support and KPIs.
• Support systems including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, LastPass.
• Regular maintenance and updates for IT systems and software.
• Handle assets management for users in Argentina, including laptops configuration and shipping.
• Document IT procedures and common issues for future reference.
• Contribute to enhancing internal AI Chatbot with IT queries.
• Employ AI technologies to optimize business processes.
• Utilize Nova ecosystem related to your department.
