Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an IT Administrator to join our hybrid team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will be the first point of contact for users, resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues and managing accounts in Active Directory/Microsoft 365.

We value strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. The role starts with remote work while a co-working space in CABA is arranged, with typical office duties and SLAs to maintain high service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems and common software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when needed.
• Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory / Microsoft 365.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Deploy and configure Windows/macOS and enterprise applications.
