Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Commercial to drive revenue growth across an assigned territory, managing SMB and Commercial accounts. This role combines high-volume virtual selling with partner engagement to deliver Veeam's data resilience and security solutions and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in software or tech.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Field Sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop an assigned territory, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, channel partners, and distributors through virtual and face-to-face interactions.
• Proactively generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, partner collaboration, and demand-generation initiatives.
• Manage full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Channel, Renewals, Sales Engineering, and Partner Management to maximize opportunities.
• Develop joint business plans with channel partners to accelerate pipeline and achieve targets.
