Job summary

You will collaborate with Legal, Global Security, IT Forensics, and Labor Relations, lead dispute resolution initiatives, attend unemployment hearings, and participate in special projects to improve workplace practices. Fluency in English is required; occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years in employee relations, workplace investigations, or related HR.
• Fluent English.
• Strong understanding of internal policies, processes, and local labor law.
• Ability to communicate with all levels and handle sensitive information.
• Travel occasionally as required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling of investigative processes from intake to case closure.
• Provide consultative services to management on performance, discipline, and corrective actions.
• Facilitate dispute and conflict resolution processes.
• Partner with Legal, Global Security, IT Forensics, Labor Relations, Compliance.
• Represent Chevron in professional organizations to benchmark ER practices.
• Attend unemployment claims appeal hearings.
• Lead or support special projects as assigned.
