Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Labor Relations or Labor Law.
• Advanced English.
• University degree.
• University degree in Law or Labor Relations.
• Experience in LR and negotiating at leadership level.
• Global LR experience.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Experience handling diverse workgroups and disputes.
• Project management, strong communication, and legal research skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic guidance for operating units on labor relations issues.
• Advocate in labor arbitrations and with government agencies.
• Support execution of global LR philosophy with stakeholders.
• Develop and facilitate labor relations training and mentorship.
• Collaborate with HR project teams on LR topics.
• Monitor labor relations trends and share best practices.
• May travel up to 40% domestically.
