Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years in employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, or related HR.
  • Fluent English.
  • Practical application of policies and local labor law.
  • Strong attention to detail and summarization skills.
  • Effective communication with all levels; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end investigations including intake, planning, interviews, data gathering, and reporting.
  • Provide consultative services on performance management, discipline, and corrective actions.
  • Facilitate dispute and conflict resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Global Security, IT Forensics, Labor Relations, Compliance.
  • Represent Chevron with professional orgs and attend unemployment claims hearings.
  • Lead or support special projects.
