Vontier Corporation in Argentina is seeking a Specialist, Shared Services – Americas to own hire-to-retire processes, provide compliant, timely support to associates across Argentina, Chile and Colombia, and rotate across areas to grow HR operations expertise.

The role emphasizes HRIS maintenance, onboarding and offboarding, data accuracy, policy adherence, and collaboration with centers of expertise to deliver end‑to‑end service and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR administration, shared services, payroll, or related ops supporting Argentina and LATAM.
• Business English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Knowledge of local labor regulations for Argentina; familiarity with Chile/Colombia.

Mansioni

• Execute end-to-end HR activities across hire-to-retire lifecycle, compliant with local laws.
• Create and manage job requisitions and contracts (employment contracts, annexes, letters).
• Collect and validate new-hire documents and data.
• Oversee onboarding activities including orientation and forms.
• Manage offboarding, exit processing, and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records with data quality and confidentiality.
• Coordinate leaves, licenses, and statutory processes with internal and external bodies.
• Coordinate with government bodies and vendors as required.
• Communicate leave and payroll information to payroll and stakeholders.
• Respond to associate inquiries via service channels; escalate as needed.
• Support labor audits, inspections, and related processes.
• Manage benefits (gym, discounts, medical insurance) and headcount moves.
• Assist with internal communications and Internship Program.
• Upload HR invoices into internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve processes and knowledge articles.
• Partner with Centers of Expertise and cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
