Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in Argentina is seeking a People Services Coordinator I. This remote role supports recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, and HR operations, collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and partners across time zones.

You will manage data in the HCM system, coordinate onboarding, assist with background checks, registrations, and offboarding, while continuously improving processes and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant administrative or support experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience using Workday HCM.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate-related activities, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
• Deliver timely, professional support to candidates, employees, hiring managers, and People Strategy partners.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate information within the HCM system.
