Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for the Argentina office, supporting employee lifecycle activities and HR operations.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workplace matters.
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition including recruitment, candidate selection, and onboarding.
• Oversee payroll processing for the Argentina office, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate enrollment, inquiries, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with Argentine labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and communicate HR policies and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Manage hiring, promotions, transfers, and separations across the organization.
• Prepare HR metrics and workforce data to support decisions.
