Air Liquide Argentina is seeking a Senior Manager, HR GBS Services, to lead the strategic direction and execution of HR services across the Americas. The role oversees a ~65-headcount team and drives compliant, efficient HR processes across multiple countries, ensuring an excellent employee experience in a fast-growing global environment.

You will manage a diverse, multilingual team, engage with stakeholders, and implement process improvements and automation to optimize performance and cost

Responsabilités

• Leadership & Management: Lead delivery of standardized HR processes across multiple countries (Talent Acquisition Administration, Employee Data Management, Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Reporting)
• Manage day-to-day operations of the HR GBS Services team with a focus on compliance, KPIs and SLAs
• Mentor and develop a diverse team of HR professionals across multiple languages
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture and provide coaching and feedback to drive performance
• Develop and deliver training to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Oversee capacity planning and workload management to ensure efficient service delivery
• Ensure compliance, best practices, and effective vendor management
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive strategic HR GBS initiatives for a strong employee experience across the Americas
