Syneos Health is seeking a Director, Shared Services & Argentina HR Hub Leader to guide the Argentina Shared Services organization and serve as the senior HR leader for the Argentina HR Hub. You will report to the Executive Director, Global People Operations & HR Shared Services, driving excellence and transformation across HR delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive HR leadership experience in Shared Services/HR Operations.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed or multi-country teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Argentina Shared Services day-to-day operations with high-quality HR services.
• Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and process improvement.
• Establish metrics and governance for service quality and productivity.
• Partner with Global Service Delivery to implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Lead transformation and continuous improvement within the Argentina hub.
