Cencora seeks an HR professional to support employee lifecycle activities within our Argentina operations. The role involves handling hiring, onboarding, changes, and offboarding while ensuring policy application and audit-ready records.

You will coordinate with payroll, benefits, and other HR groups to meet service levels, and contribute to process improvements to reduce rework and errors across the HR function.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources, HR shared services, employee services, or related field.
• Certification in Human Resources (Engstrom-CP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administers employee lifecycle transactions (hiring, onboarding, job changes, leaves, offboarding).
• Reviews case details, applies HR policies, and escalates exceptions when required.
• Maintains accurate employee records and supports payroll, benefits, and other teams.
• Improves day-to-day service execution by refining templates, checklists, and validation steps.
