Hadley Designs is seeking a Director of Recruiting to own sourcing, vetting, and closing for every open role. You will run end-to-end recruitment, manage outside partners, and be the brand face to candidates with a strong emphasis on video outreach and culture fit.

The role requires leadership in end-to-end processes, building a scalable engine, and creating a top-tier candidate experience while maintaining Hadley Designs’ mission-driven, remote-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, remote/ecommerce preferred.
• Experience hiring across marketing, operations, Amazon, ecommerce, product, leadership.
• Comfort representing a brand on camera and to candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing, vetting, and closing for all open roles.
• Run first-round interviews including director-level roles.
• Manage outside recruiting partners to Hadley Designs standards.
