Job summary

Ryz Labs is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other GTM roles.

This 100% remote role is LATAM-based and requires sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, strong screening, and ATS management. You will partner with hiring managers, drive timelines, and ensure a superb candidate experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record owning recruitment from outreach through offer.
• Hands-on expertise in direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong experience in initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills with sound judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, preferably ADP.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of assigned recruitment pipelines—from initial hiring manager alignment through to offer rollout.
