Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Senior HR Director to build the people function from the ground up. You will own talent acquisition, executive recruiting, organizational design, performance management, and leadership development.

This role requires strategic thinking, headhunting top talent, and shaping HR systems for rapid growth. You will head HR for a distributed team, ensuring US employment compliance, EOR/contractor frameworks, and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial setting.
• Proven ability to scale HR from 40–50 to 100+ employees.
• Extensive executive search experience, including C-suite hires.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment across all levels, including executive search.
• Lead executive searches for C-suite and senior leaders.
• Plan headcount with business leaders and align resources to growth.
• Design onboarding/offboarding processes for rapid productivity.
• Implement quarterly performance reviews and KPIs with leaders.
