Atomic HR is seeking a growth-minded marketer to architect a full-stack outbound engine. You will direct Claude Code to automate lists, enrich contacts, and run sequences, while collaborating with sales, field, and partnerships.

You will also empower the field team with targeted lists and post-visit follow-ups to improve win rates. You bring 3+ years in marketing, hands-on experience with Claude Code or equivalents, expertise in SQL and APIs, and a sharp eye for offers and pages.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in marketing.
• Experience directing Claude Code or equivalent on live work.
• Cold outbound campaigns end-to-end: build lists, sequences, and measure results.
• Comfortable with data: CSV, SQL, and understanding joins.
• APIs: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks, docs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with target lists and sequences.
• Arm the field team with lists, routes, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own channels open here: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, and referrals.
• Create in-house creative using AI while maintaining brand system.
• Automate repetitive tasks: enrichment, hygiene, report pulls, QA pipelines.
• Own first-party measurement and flag suspect numbers before others see them.
