Job summary

atomic HR is a recruiting startup enabling Latin America talent to land remote roles with US/Canada startups. This role sits on the internal team and involves lead generation, outreach, and candidate engagement. You’ll learn the talent side with mentoring and modern tooling.

Apart from posting roles and messaging, you’ll work with an AI-enabled sourcing platform to reach the right people at scale while keeping a personal touch. Previous recruiting experience isn’t required.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning as roles vary.
• Strong written English and ability to write to strangers naturally.
• Resourcefulness to figure out new tools with minimal scripts.
• Organizational skills to keep pipelines tidy and followed up.
• Self-motivation to chase and hit numbers.
• Comfort with basic metrics and a hypothesis-testing mindset.
• Concrete example of using a tool to improve results.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and sources.
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines to boost replies.
• Post and promote roles so relevant people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates to speak with.
• Keep recruitment pipeline organized and follow up diligently.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to scale outreach without losing personalization.
• Track results and adjust approach based on data.
