Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end to end from a remote location. You will manage budgets across DTC/eCommerce brands, ensure solid attribution, and defend your strategic choices in client calls.

You will audit accounts, optimize PMax and YouTube/Meta campaigns, and own the landing pages and tracking. The role demands strong communication in English and the ability to work with US hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental growth.
• Experience communicating with clients in English and presenting results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end; you are the client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them; review structure, tracking, and feeds.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses; report separately.
• Know what PMax is doing and manage expectations around CAC.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit recommendations and sitelinks.
• Own feed and tracking: Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, and Shopify goals.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build the required landing pages and scripts.
