Job summary

vidIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Growth Lead to uncover opportunities across the product-led funnel—acquisition, signup, onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention. You’ll prototype and ship solutions using AI tools, measuring results to decide what to scale, revise, or stop.

You’ll own end-to-end growth experiments, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to create durable growth loops and better user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, decide which ideas to test, and recommend what to ramp, revise, hold, or stop.
• Prototype ideas and ship to production using frontier AI stack (Claude Code, Codex) plus a vidIQ deployment harness to minimize shipping risk.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, or Finance when their expertise improves outcomes.
• Turn successful experiments into durable product, channel, partner, or lifecycle growth loops.
• Build an internal agent brain documenting what was tried, learned, scaled, and stopped to start the next experiment smarter.
