Job summary

vidIQ, a global remote team helping YouTube creators grow with data, education, and AI-powered tools, seeks a hands-on Product Growth Lead. You will identify opportunities, prototype and ship solutions with AI, and measure results to scale what works.

You'll own the complete growth cycle—from acquisition to retention—collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to drive durable growth loops and creator value.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and decide which ideas deserve a test.
• Prototype and ship to production using a frontier AI stack and risk-managed deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, or Finance when needed.
• Turn successful experiments into durable growth loops for product, channels, or lifecycle.
• Build an internal agent brain to capture what was tried, learned, and scaled for smarter next steps.
