vidIQ, a remote-first company enabling YouTube creators with data and AI-powered tools, seeks a hands-on Product Growth Lead. You’ll own the growth cycle from acquisition to retention, prototype solutions, and measure impact using an AI stack.

You’ll work across product, engineering, marketing, and partnerships to ship experiments and scale successful loops. The role emphasizes creator-centric growth, experimentation, and fast iteration across pricing, onboarding, and lifecycle experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience growing B2C, subscription, or creator-economy products.
• Proven track record turning opportunities into measurable experiments.
• Ability to move across product, marketing, lifecycle, partnerships, and data.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests for activation, conversion, monetization, retention, or efficient acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and prioritize tests to run.
• Prototype and ship experiments using AI tools and production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, or Finance.
• Scale successful experiments into durable growth loops across product or lifecycle.
• Document learnings to inform future experiments and reduce risk.
