Job summary

vidIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Growth Lead to drive growth across the product-led funnel—from acquisition through onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention. You will prototype and ship AI-powered solutions, measure results, and decide what to scale, revise, or stop.

You’ll own growth loops across acquisition, onboarding education, pricing experiences, and lifecycle experiments, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to turn insights

Qualifications

• Proven track record in product-led growth for B2C or creator-focused products.
• Ability to design and run experiments that improve activation, conversion, monetization, or retention.
• Strong product judgment and comfort moving across product, marketing, lifecycle, partnerships, and data.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and test ideas with a clear ROI.
• Prototype and ship AI-powered solutions, measuring impact and deciding what to scale or stop.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to improve outcomes.
• Turn successful experiments into durable growth loops for product, channel, or lifecycle.
• Build an internal record of what was tried, learned, and scaled to guide future tests.
