Job summary

vidIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Growth Lead to identify opportunities and build solutions across the product-led funnel. You will prototype, ship experiments using an AI stack, and work with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to scale impactful growth loops.

You’ll own the complete growth cycle from discovery to retention, driving acquisition, onboarding, activation, monetization, and repeat usage for creators worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience growing B2C, prosumer, subscription, product-led, or creator-economy products.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, prototype and ship solutions, and measure impact.
• Experience turning experiments into durable growth loops across product, channel, partnerships, or lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete growth cycle from opportunity to scaling impact.
• Prototype and ship experiments using frontier AI tools with low shipping risk.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance when needed.
• Create durable growth loops across product, channel, partner, or lifecycle areas.
• Build an internal agent brain documenting what was tried, learned, and scaled for future work.
