Job summary

vidIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Growth Lead who can identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and ship experiments using AI tools. You will own the growth cycle from acquisition to retention, working across product, design, marketing, and partnerships to scale winning loops.

You’ll design and analyze experiments, ship measurable improvements in activation, conversion, monetization, and retention, and push for scalable growth across a fully remote, global team.

Qualifications

• You have shipped product-growth experiments with measurable impact.
• Experience growing B2C or creator-economy products.
• Ability to prototype using AI tools and move ideas to production.
• Strong ability to collaborate across product, design, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and test prioritized ideas.
• Prototype ideas and ship to production using frontier AI stack.
• Bring in cross-functional teams when their input improves outcomes.
