Job summary

vidIQ seeks a hands-on Product Growth Lead to identify opportunities, prototype solutions with an AI stack, and ship experiments across the product-led funnel. You’ll measure outcomes and decide what to scale, revise, or stop to drive activation, monetization, and retention.

This role emphasizes experimentation, rapid iteration, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to build durable growth loops and personalized onboarding for creators.

Qualifications

• Hands-on growth professional with experience in B2C/creator-economy
• Designed, launched, and analyzed experiments improving activation, conversion, or retention
• Able to move across product, marketing, lifecycle, partnerships, and data

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and decide which ideas to test
• Prototype and ship solutions using AI tools; manage experiments and measure results
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, or Finance as needed
• Turn successful experiments into durable growth loops across product, channels, and lifecycle
• Build an internal agent brain to capture learnings for future experiments
