vidIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Growth Lead to own growth across the product-led funnel—from acquisition through onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention. You’ll prototype, ship experiments with AI tools, measure results, and decide what to scale or stop.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to build growth loops and drive durable customer value in a fully remote global team.

Qualifications

• You have a track record of growing B2C, subscription, or creator-economy products.
• You are a builder with strong product judgment and can identify opportunities independently.
• You design, launch, and analyze A/B tests that improve activation, conversion, retention.
• You move across product, marketing, lifecycle, partnerships, and data without blockers.

Responsabilités

• Identify growth opportunities and decide which ideas to test.
• Prototype and ship experiments using frontier AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance.
• Turn successful experiments into durable growth loops for product, channel, or lifecycle.
• Document and share learnings to inform next experiments and scale.
