vidIQ, a remote-first platform powering YouTube creators with data, AI, and education, seeks a hands-on Product Growth Lead. You will own growth cycles, identify opportunities, prototype solutions with AI, ship experiments, measure results, and decide what to scale or stop.

You’ll work across product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and finance to build acquisition loops, onboarding, monetization, and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven record of growing B2C or creator-focused products.
• Experience designing, launching, and analyzing experiments.
• Ability to move across product, marketing, lifecycle, partnerships, and data.
• Strong communication and initiative without formal authority.
