Fabula, a fast-growing US D2C coffee brand, seeks a Head of Growth to own paid media and creative strategy. You will build a systematic testing pipeline, manage UGC production, and optimize full-funnel performance across ads, landing pages, and offers.

You are a hands-on operator with 4–6+ years in D2C/eCommerce growth, a proven Meta buyer spending $50k+/month, and AI-native in research, scripting, and analysis. Fully remote with US ET overlap.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies.
• Proven Meta media buyer who has personally scaled campaigns (≥$50k/mo).
• Strong on both creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Deep experience with direct-response advertising and customer psychology.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta as the primary acquisition channel, with Google/TikTok experience.
• Identify winning angles, hooks, messaging, formats from data and research.
• Build a testing pipeline to rapidly identify winning creatives.
• Analyze full-funnel performance and optimize landing pages and offers.
• Lead creative production with UGC creators and editors.
