You will translate data into actionable recommendations, lead client conversations, and contribute to strategic planning with a growing, remote-first team.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting for scrolling audiences.
• Experience researching ads and reverse-engineering campaigns.
• Familiar with CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL metrics.
• Able to lead client conversations and set agendas.

Responsibilities

• Split duties across creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communication.
• Research audience pain points and craft resonant angles.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy for ads.
• Direct creative production and ensure brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta campaigns with budget allocation.
• Analyze performance metrics and translate into client recommendations.
