Digital Resource, a full-service digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Google Ads Strategist to join our Paid Media team in Argentina. You’ll manage campaigns across client accounts, using data and testing to drive performance and measurable growth.

This role emphasizes developing paid search strategies, keyword research, bid management, and optimization of CTR, CPA, and ROAS, while communicating results clearly to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Proven experience independently building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
• Ability to analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA/CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall spend
• Working knowledge of GA4
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Develop paid search strategies based on client goals, target audiences, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Conduct keyword, search term, and competitor research.
• Manage bids, budgets, targeting, match types, negative keywords, and campaign structure.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve CTR, conversions, CPA/CPL, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing across ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
• Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy.
• Analyze performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and other reporting tools.
• Monitor conversion tracking and help troubleshoot measurement or attribution issues.
• Provide clear campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Work closely with Account Managers and other internal teams to support client goals and satisfaction.
• Explain paid media performance and recommendations in a way that clients and non-specialists can easily understand.
• Stay current on Google Ads updates, automation, AI-driven advertising tools, and paid media best practices.
