DEPT in Buenos Aires is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to lead paid search and social campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will manage day-to-day optimization, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure campaigns align with client goals and budgets.

This role requires fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to convey complex data clearly. You’ll work from our offices in Buenos Aires or Mar del Plata, contributing to strategy, reporting, and long‑term growth

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in paid media across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in paid search and social, with budgeting and bidding knowledge.
• Proven track record scaling performance-driven campaigns for B2C or B2B.
• Strategic thinker with ability to align with client goals.
• Technical proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Team player with willingness to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced understanding of core paid media channels and funnel fit.
• Drive account strategy to meet client efficiency and growth goals.
• Develop monitoring and optimization techniques to hit targets and budgets.
• Prioritize initiatives by impact on account performance.
• Create client roadmaps, testing plans, reports, and QBRs.
• Manage portfolio to meet client performance goals and budgets.
• Lead status calls with agendas meeting client needs.
• Lead client calls reviewing projects, performance, and long-term optimization.
• Ensure QA for all account management efforts.
• Coordinate with platform reps (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for opportunities.
