Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency in Argentina is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own end-to-end Google Ads for a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce accounts, including client communication, audits, and optimization across the full stack (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube).

You will defend your strategies, report results, and build required assets. You will manage brand vs non-brand separately, leverage AI in building landing pages, and ensure proper tracking.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real spend on DTC/eCommerce and ability to explain CPA/ROAS and changes made.
• Fluent across the Google stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to build landing pages and assets.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching any setup, then present findings to clients.
• Treat Brand and Non-Brand as separate entities with clear reporting.
• Understand PMax behavior and separate branded vs incremental volume.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto features and sitelinks.
• Own feed hygiene and Shopping delivery; manage tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify.
• Identify bottlenecks and build fixes like landing pages and scripts.
