Qualifications

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
• 1-2 years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 2 years of Direct Response marketing experience in E‑Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEM and paid search experience.
• Experience with campaign development and optimization processes like bid optimization and ad copy development.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing across paid social and paid media platforms.
• Execute campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Bing.
• Lead optimizations to improve performance against goals.
• Manage client budgets or advise on budget changes.
• Communicate strategy and performance to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare weekly performance recaps and future recommendations.
• Leverage data to tell a story and justify next steps.
