Paired is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own the full funnel for multiple DTC brands. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, speak directly with clients, and defend decisions with data. You will optimize PMax, Shopping, and brand vs.

non-brand strategies while controlling feeds and tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify. The role requires strong English communication, hands-on spend, and a drive to build scalable frameworks.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Own the client relationship and present results, plans and reasoning; be the primary contact.
• Audit campaigns before touch: structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding by campaign type, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking; Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand as distinct businesses; report separately and optimize accordingly.
• Understand PMax behavior; separate branded vs incremental impact to set targets.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto-applied recommendations, assets, and sitelinks.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, promotions, and effects on Shopping/PMax.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports, conversions, offline conversions; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix: creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout, tracking.
• Build what the account needs: landing pages, scripts, and reporting using AI tools.
