Paired is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end. You will manage strategy, media buying, and direct client communication, with responsibility for budgets ranging from modest to six figures monthly.

You will audit, optimize, and defend your decisions, coordinating feed, tracking, and landing pages to drive measurable growth. You will work with DTC/eCommerce brands, applying advanced attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS thinking, and deep analytics.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce, with demonstrable CPA/ROAS results.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans, updates and rationale directly to clients.
• Experience auditing accounts and communicating findings via Loom or similar tools.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; review campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate lines of business and report separately.
• Understand PMax and attribution; avoid misinterpreting incremental CAC; defend viewpoints to clients.
• Keep Google automation in check by auditing auto-applied assets and sitelinks.
• Own feed quality in Merchant Center and related shopping campaigns; ensure tracking is accurate in GA4/GTM.
• Build or deploy landing pages and scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
• Communicate ideas in English clearly to clients; push back when necessary and expose risks early.
