Job summary

Ads&Law is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer and Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end to end, with remote work worldwide and client-facing responsibilities. You will audit accounts, manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures monthly, optimize PMax/Brand and Non-Brand, and defend your decisions in client calls while leveraging GA4, GTM, and Shopify to drive growth.

You must communicate in English, align with US Eastern hours, and thrive in an autonomous, output-driven agency

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, with results you can explain.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with clients during US Eastern hours.
• Able to own and defend growth decisions in client calls.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and primary client contact.
• Audit accounts thoroughly before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Run Brand and Non-Brand as separate entities with clear reporting.
• Own the feed and tracking, including GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build needed assets, landing pages, or scripts.
