Paired is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google Ads for a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce brands. You will act as the direct client contact, present results and plans, and defend your decisions with data.

You will drive attribution decisions and optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS while maintaining a strong ownership mindset. You will manage large, multi-channel campaigns, audit accounts before touching them, and build the required landing pages and tracking.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, with results you can explain.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact. Budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit before you touch anything: campaign structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate units; report them separately.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash; audit auto-created assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, promotions, and impact on Shopping/PMax.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, and conversions; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks: creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout, tracking; fix it.
• Build the assets the account needs: landing pages, scripts, reporting; familiarity with AI tools.
