Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or related field.
• Experience conducting compensation analyses, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience translating data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compensation analyses and develop recommendations to support talent and business decisions.
• Perform job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking to maintain competitive practices.
• Support annual compensation programs, including salary planning and related reporting.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide compensation guidance.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports for leadership and executive audiences.
• Contribute to compensation transformation initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Support pay equity and pay transparency programs through analysis and project participation.
