Based in Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires, this hybrid role requires 8+ years in Employee/Labor Relations, strong leadership, and fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese are highly preferred for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Law or related field.
• 8+ years experience in Employee Relations or Labor Relations.
• Previous team leadership is required.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor regulations.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote Associate Relations team and manage performance.
• Build relationships with line managers, unions, and partners.
• Lead collective bargaining and contract negotiations.
• Provide advisory support on employment law and investigations.
• Drive AR analytics to inform people strategies and risk mitigation.
