Job summary

Assurant Argentina Compania de Seguros Sociedad Anonima is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and validate that delivered solutions meet those requirements. You will work with stakeholders across LATAM and global regions to deliver scalable insurance platforms and drive continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

The role encompasses crafting PBIs, user stories, acceptance criteria, test design, and UAT support, while

Qualifications

Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
Ability to elicit and document business requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience conducting functional testing and supporting UAT activities.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and Product Owners.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
Create and maintain PBIs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing; support UAT.
Analyze production issues and drive continuous improvement.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements discussions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage AI-enabled tools.
