Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage a large, multivendor software portfolio across LATAM and international regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to ensure licensing accuracy, compliance and cost optimization.

You will handle licensing requests, interpret terms, maintain asset records and support renewals, audits and optimization initiatives. Advanced English and Spanish are required to collaborate with regional and global

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and IT asset management.
Strong understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS.
Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.
Ability to manage high volumes and adapt to different publishers quickly.
Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing detail.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to resolve licensing needs.
Handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements.
