Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to oversee licensing across LATAM and international regions. You will manage entitlements, renewals and compliance in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering teams.

You will interpret licensing terms, optimize software usage and drive cost efficiency while supporting audits and regional stakeholders. Fluent English and Spanish required, with cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of licensing models across publishers and licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio with entitlements and renewals.
• Ability to interpret licensing terms and ensure compliance and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers and models.
• Maintain software asset and entitlement records including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support audits, reporting and licensing compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
