Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LATAM team, handling licensing across a large software portfolio and coordinating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering. You will ensure accurate licensing decisions and timely service delivery, while driving compliance and optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM expertise, strong licensing knowledge across various models, and fluency in English and Spanish to collaborate with regional and global

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with licensing terms interpretation.
Experience across multiple publishers and licensing models.
Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish with cross-regional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accuracy.
Interpret terms, metrics and entitlements for multiple publishers.
Maintain asset and entitlement records with purchasing/licensing details.
Coordinate renewals, allocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization.
