Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team and manage licensing across Latin America and other regions. The role requires hands-on licensing knowledge, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a high‑volume, multi‑publisher environment.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure accurate licensing decisions, timely service delivery, compliance and optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing in a multivendor environment.
• Strong understanding of licensing models, entitlements and renewals.
• Experience with license optimization, audits and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across lifecycle with accuracy.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements for multiple publishers.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records, including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reassignments and optimization activities.
• Support audits and compliance to improve software utilization and costs.
