Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to steward licensing across a large portfolio in Latin America and beyond. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering to ensure compliant, cost-efficient licensing decisions and timely service delivery.

Bring hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models, and strong English and Spanish skills to support audits, renewals and optimization in a high-volume, regional environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM licensing experience with multi-vendor environment.
• Strong understanding of licensing models and entitlements.
• Experience managing software portfolios and renewals.
• Ability to prioritize in high-volume environment and communicate with stakeholders.
• Advanced English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve software utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to continuous improvement of SAM processes.
