Job summary

Remote is hiring for a Payroll Operations Leader who will own end-to-end payroll delivery for a defined group of countries, ensuring compliance and consistency. You will coach a team of payroll specialists, drive investigations, and interact with cross-functional partners to maintain reliable payroll service.

As a remote-first company, you’ll operate in a globally distributed team with async communication, prioritize accuracy, and continuously improve payroll processes and tools across our LATAM

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning payroll outcomes for a team in regional or multi-country environments.
• Strong leadership capabilities including coaching, feedback, and performance input.
• Ability to lead investigations and drive operational resolution.
• Clear policy interpretation and consistent application of controls.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll outcomes for defined country groups with regulatory compliance and consistency.
• Lead and coach a team of payroll specialists and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Investigate payroll issues and drive timely resolution within authority.
• Support global payroll implementations and vendor transitions as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, auditable payroll processes.
