Deel is building its LATAM payroll operations from the ground up. As Country PM, you will own end-to-end product strategy and execution, guiding an engineering team to design payroll, HR, time tracking, and related services for LATAM markets with regulatory nuance.

You will collaborate with compliance, payroll operations, HRIS, and services teams to translate local requirements into scalable products, balancing speed and risk in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Formación

• Based in LATAM with time zone alignment.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and making good decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong stakeholder management across teams and external partners.
• Pragmatism and systems thinking to integrate payroll, HR, time, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Define product strategy for the LATAM market across payroll, HR, time, and services.
• Work with your dedicated engineering team to execute on the roadmap.
• Coordinate across Product (payroll engine), Time, HRIS, and Services teams to align on dependencies.
• Break complex requirements into iterative pieces. Ship early, learn from customers, iterate.
• Own the relationship with key accounts, understanding their needs and validating your solutions.
• Work with sales, implementation, and local compliance teams to ensure we're building something that can scale.
• Think like an entrepreneur. This is a new market opportunity, and you're building the playbook from scratch.
• Use AI to speed up the build, getting rules in and scale in collaboration with local compliance teams.
