Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on responsibility.
• Working knowledge of US federal and state employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and performance.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and MS Office; quick to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding and HR records.
• Support performance management, training, and employee relations activities.
• Ensure compliance and timely reporting across HR processes.
• Help strengthen HR infrastructure by documenting workflows and solutions.
