Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Payroll Implementation Project Manager to drive multi-country payroll projects for global clients from Buenos Aires. You will coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery across geographies.

The role requires extensive experience in payroll implementations, project management, and change management, with exposure to HR/payroll systems integration.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in accounting, finance, HR, administration or operations.
• 8–10 years of global payroll implementation and project management experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools, automation, or data-driven payroll enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll implementations across regions and countries.
• Manage end-to-end payroll implementation lifecycle from planning to stabilization.
• Prepare detailed project plans and define scope, timelines, and governance.
• Establish standard end-to-end project plans and processes with internal/external systems.
• Manage project risks and communications; escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Act as primary client-facing contact and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior resources and conduct internal trainings.
